Wonderful guest teachers in 2024 spring programs

While I (Haruka) am mainly facilitating the yoga programs as the founder of Prana Retreat Japan, all the spring programs couldn’t happen without the help and support of wonderful guest teachers from all over the world.

I am feeling truly grateful for their shining existence, dedicative support, and deep knowledge and experience of yoga teaching. If you were a part of any of our spring programs in 2024, follow the socials of the great teachers and stay in touch for their further classes.

Sayaka Kanayama | Yoga instructor, Energy healer, Women’s Circle Space Holder | New Zealand

Sayaka has 11 years of experience in guiding students on their journey to physical and mental well-being. Her yoga journey began in her home country, Japan, in 2011. She transitioned from a dance career – and her yoga practice helped her realise her own inner beauty, and to cultivate self-love and compassion.

Sayaka has recently been learning about energy through the practice of using the body in asana, prana, and energy work. Sayaka shares that she is deepening her understanding of 'self' through various healing experiences with her inner child and other more.

It was such a wonderful time when we shared our moments and space together with these great teachers at our retreat, and we are truly grateful for this opportunity. Thank you so much again for bringing your yoga knowledge, positive energy and loving kindness into Prana Retreat Japan!
