No, we are not offering private retreats for individual yoga teachers or studio owners wishing to host their own retreats. We appreciate your understanding.

1. What kinds of retreat programs are offered?
We provide a variety of retreat programs, each tailored to create a unique experience. Explore our offerings, including daily yoga, forest therapy, cultural immersion, and culinary delights.
2. Do I need to bring my own yoga equipment and supplies?
We provide basic equipment, but you're welcome to bring your personal gear for comfort.
3. What's the duration of a typical retreat program?
Our programs range in duration, depending on the chosen program. The spring program 2024 (basic plan) is 8 days. If you are interested in hosting your retreat, please feel free to contact us.
4. Are meals included?
Yes all meals are included except for “eat-out day”. What we offer at our center is nurturing delicious vegetarian food from modern and traditional Japanese cuisine to some Western fusion. On the days when we go to the city excursion, you have a chance to explore more meal options from a street food to the regional renounced.
5. What languages are spoken by the retreat staff?
Our entire retreat program, including various workshops and sessions, will be conducted in English for ease of communication. In instances where a local expert leads a workshop, a translator will be available to ensure full understanding and engagement. At our yoga center, we have staff members who can speak Mandarin and English, and our retreat facilitator is also fluent in English
6. What should I bring with me to the retreat?
Upon your booking, we will send you the participant's guide booklet to explain what to bring.

What we have available for room options are single, twin, double, triple and master suite.
2. What types of accommodations are available at the retreat center?
We offer traditional Japanese rooms and modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. All the rooms are different sizes and designs. See Our Center
3. What are check-in/check-out times?
Usually our program starts from the evening and finish in the morning. If you prefer to extend your stay or arrive a few days early, please let us know beforehand. We will try our best to arrange your stay as you like as possible.
4. Are they laundry facilities available at the retreat center?
Yes, there is laundry facilities for retreat participants.
5. Are there any nearby markets or shops for purchasing essentials?
No, there are no shops or convenience stores within the walking distance. Please get prepared fully before you arrive.
