As you gather for tea time during our yoga retreat in Japan, let these special drinks be a reflection of the holistic experience we've crafted for you. Each sip is an invitation to pause, savor the present, and connect with the serenity that surrounds you.

1. Organic Japanese Green Tea:

Elevate your tea time to a new level of sophistication with our top-quality organic Japanese green tea. Immerse yourself in the centuries-old tea tradition of Japan, which is also a perfect match with any Japanese sweets. This tea embodies the essence of Japanese culture and mindfulness, allowing you to connect with the present moment and find tranquility in each sip.

The green tea we are offering during the program are the top quality tea leaves from a local tea farm in Ukiha city in Fukuoka. They are a small family business, and passionate about their organic farming, which has been running for more than 50 years.

2. Houji Cha (Roasted Organic Green Tea):

Houji Cha, also known as Hoji tea, is a unique Japanese green tea that stands out for its distinct, roasted flavor. Unlike traditional green teas, Houji Cha is made by slow-roasting green tea leaves at high temperatures, giving it a rich, nutty aroma and a warm, toasty taste. This roasting process also reduces the caffeine content, making Houji Cha a soothing, gentle tea perfect for any time of day.

In Japanese culture, Houji Cha is cherished for its calming properties and is often enjoyed as an evening tea or after meals. The deep amber hue and the comforting scent of roasted leaves create an experience that is both grounding and invigorating—perfect for those seeking a moment of peace and balance.

You can enjoy this beautiful flavor of local organic teas in Ukiha city.

3. Japanese traditional Matcha:

Immerse in the timeless art of Chanoyu with our Interactive Tea Ceremony. Led by a local master, this experience unveils the serene beauty of Japanese tradition.

Sip on tranquility as you learn simple, graceful rituals, embracing the essence of Zen. Engage in a harmonious journey where each gesture and sip becomes a moment of cultural discovery.

Join us for an intimate exploration of Chanoyu, where tradition meets modern appreciation, and the quiet beauty of tea unfolds in a hundred meaningful moments.

This workshop will be held within our retreat center.

4. Organic Brown Rice Coffee (The Best Coffee Alternative):

Crafted from roasted brown rice, this beverage offers a nutty and robust flavor profile reminiscent of coffee, without the caffeine jitters. Indulge in the comforting depth of each sip, knowing you're making a mindful choice that aligns with your well-being.

This is a product from a local rice farm in Asakura city and they grow rice organically without any pesticide.
